Detoxing is dangerous – it fools your liver into thinking it’s leading a healthy life, only making it harder to deal with your inevitable return to form. Kind of like stopping exercise then running a marathon.

The trick is to mix it with fresh fruit juice that way its healthy and a great breakfast drink..i usually accompany this with baileys in my coffee its a perfect match for that morning get up and go..only way i could face the day.

Hello! I know – the thought of Salbra on a detox is like some sort of betrayal!! I have faith that it won’t last too long though – the world would just seem upside down ; )
