With the best possible outcome of a lousy situation (understatement), and the impending beginning of a new phase of creative output, the only words I can find to describe how I’m feeling are relief, and reload.
Relief, because that’s all I can truly feel about the verdict of guilt for 3 counts of culpable driving for the driver who wiped out Tex and Suzanne. And reload, because with all that’s happened, and tomorrow’s return to the design world, I’ve been laying low, taking care of business, and recharging my batteries big time.
Ah, the decadence of relaxation…

First day back at it was pretty good. Lots of meetings, but nice to be surrounded by fabric swatches & garments again.
