Super Sunday

The leaves are almost finished falling from the Melbourne trees and winter will shortly be upon us, but the Patsyfox Drawing Salon Super Sunday Sessions are just hitting their stride.

Today’s second installment explored gouache paint, a medium that generally has its way with me.  Until today that is.  I have the lovely and learned Ms Tania, an RMIT colleague and current Patsyfoxer, for inspiring this exploration.  You’ll see why today’s stars of the salon are also thankful for the idea if you take a look at the fabulous work they produced, here.

For mine, a hurried demo looks like the one below, and a very slightly less hurried version above.  Makes me wonder why I continue to slave over drawings when distracted doodles are more appealing!

Gorgeous work!!! Both the demo and the other drawing look amazing.
