I’ve just spent the weekend with my mother, and there’s nothing quite like 48hrs of “Are you warm enough? Are you sure? Have you got a jacket just in case?”, “Why would you go for a run now? – It might rain (sometime this decade), & you might slip over/break your leg/die”, etc to polarise me into thinking salacious thoughts, lusting after inappropriate men, and generally wanting to strip my clothes off and run naked down the street.
Which probably explains why I found myself doodling this as I sat with her watching re-runs of the funniest home video show, home & away, etc… What did Freud say about the subconscious? Anyway, I think they would make an excellent substitute for my swiss ball, and I would definitely have abs of steel if it meant doing sit-ups while draping myself over these guys…don’t you agree Craig?

Yes – I do AR!! This is a beautiful sketch (not that all of your sketches aren’t beautiful). I am not sure what is going on in your sub-conscious, dear….but I like it!
So, do we know the boys? Or are they a figment of your lush imagination?
Either way – they are gorgeous and beautifully executed from your deft hand.

OH, how I wish I knew these boys, but alas I do not… They live in my fertile imagination, which is not a bad place for them to be really as they can’t talk back.

My bad… just did, i’m new with the blogging culture, have troubles navigating stuff at times, i checked out your lovely fashion illustrations… but i would love to see more of such soulful work as shown above too!
